To request a 60-minute consultation with Megan Miller:
- Select your desired date and time (or call or text).
- You will receive an e-mail to register for the patient portal.
- Once you register, you will see a few questionnaires to complete, which help us get to know you a little bit before the consultation and guide the conversation.
- If you request the appointment online, your card will be charged ($375) to confirm your appointment. If you call or text to set up your consultation, the fee must be paid and questionnaires completed within 72 hours of your consultation (you will receive an invoice or you may pay over the phone). If we do not receive payment and/or completed questionnaires on time, your consult will be canceled. Thanks! 🙂
