What’s Included With Your Fitness Assessment:

  1. Body Composition scan (wayyy better than the scale!)
    1. Results reviewed by our Advanced Functional Health Coach/Personal Trainer – Chris!
  2. Review of food intake/nutrition (you will be asked to complete a food journal for at least 3 days)
  3. Review of supplements and supplement recommendations
  4. Assessment of mobility, strength, and flexibility
  5. Discussion of fitness/exercise plan to help you meet your goals

What happens after the assessment?

Fitness Programs:

Depending on your goals and investment, we have fitness programs that allow you to work one-on-one with Chris once, twice, or three times per week for 30 min to one hour. You may also opt to include a genetics test to better understand how your body works and what it needs to function at its best!
